1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Follow My Lead ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Follow My Lead is a customer relationship management (CRM) service designed to help solo sellers and small businesses manage leads and follow-up activities. The Service includes:

• Lead management and tracking
• Follow-up reminders and notifications
• Pipeline visualization
• Activity logging
• Data import and export (Pro tier)
• Email notifications (Pro tier)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with others

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier that allows you to manage up to 25 leads. The free tier includes basic features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription
• All fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

4.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and use the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your User Content does not contain malicious code or harmful content

6.3 Data Export

Pro users can export their data as CSV files. We recommend regular exports to maintain backups of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Follow My Lead and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Unscheduled maintenance or repairs
• Technical failures
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service outages

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLOW MY LEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Follow My Lead and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right
• Your User Content

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration or small claims court, as applicable.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Follow My Lead regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
