How do I get started?
Sign up for a free account and start adding your leads. The free tier allows you to manage up to 25 leads. You can upgrade to Pro anytime for unlimited leads and additional features.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: Up to 25 leads, basic follow-up reminders, Today view, Pipeline view, and activity logging.
Pro: Unlimited leads, CSV import/export, email notifications, and all Free features. Pro is $9/month or $90/year (save $18 annually).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to Pro features until then.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Pro users can export their leads as CSV files from the Leads page. We recommend regular exports to maintain backups of your data.
How do follow-up reminders work?
Follow My Lead automatically calculates follow-up dates based on your lead's stage and your configured intervals. You'll see leads in your Today view when they're due for follow-up. Pro users can also receive email notifications.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored securely, and we never share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy). You can delete your account and all data at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion or as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Please contact support for refund requests.
